Services
We provide primary care services for Pediatric patients and diagnosis and counseling services for Genetic patients (both children and adults) at our clinic.
Hospital privileges in Northside, North Fulton, Emory Johns Creek and Gwinnett enable us to visit newborns and admit patients to these facilities for additional testing and in-patient care. Consulting priveleges at Childrens Health Care of Atlanta also enables us to refer pediatric patients to these facilities for additional testing / in-patient care.
Appointments
Clinic Hours:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 9am - 5pm (Lunch* 12:30pm - 1:30pm)
Wed 9am -12:30pm
Every other Sat 9am -12:30pm (call for appointment)
*Note: Please leave a message during lunch time and a staff will promptly return your call.
In case of emergency, please call 911. Current patients can reach the physician on call after hours by calling the main telephone number.
Frequent changes in health insurance drives the need to present your insurance credentials at time of visit
We ask new patients to bring all relevant records from your previous physcian, including immunization and laboratory results.
Well visits take longer, hence we would prefer to schedule these as much in advance as possible. We would like to limit each family well visit appointment to 2 children
All visits are by appointment only. We will make every attempt to accommodate last minute requests for sick visits. Contact Us
