From Atlanta,  go north on GA 400 and take exit 10, Old Milton Parkway.  Take right after the exit (going east); make a U turn at the third traffic light (QT Gas Station) and proceed west on Old Milton.  The first office park on the right, Old Milton Commons, is the clinic location.

From Johns Creek,  take GA Route 120 West.  This merges with Old Milton Parkway.  The clinic is on your right at Old Milton Commons office park, before you reach GA 400.
